I am an executive coach and an expert on the impact of technology in coaching, a subject I focus on as a contributor to Forbes.com.
It was inevitable that when I left corporate life in 2017 to set up both a solo coaching practice and work with Aim Higher Leadership, a partnership of coaches, my client base would be the founders of startups, those leaders in corporates tackling transformation and accelerators.

Previously I worked for UBM (now Informa), a FTSE 250 global media company, first as an award-winning editor of magazines, then an EMEA division board member, with his own P&L, leading teams, both in the US and Europe, experimenting with technology to make readers and visitors have a better experience.
I developed relationships with startups in London and Amsterdam, immersing my senior team through a series of off-sites and workshops with founders from which we learnt new and agile ways of working. I also led UBM’s global innovation programme, running workshops across Europe and the Americas.
